Zen 12 helps clients with non-medical acute chronic aches and pains lasting longer than three months. Our complementary health care practices integrate many holistic therapies, including massage therapy, wellness counseling, movement therapy, energy work, hypnotherapy, nutritional counseling and yin/yang concepts into everyday living.

Our emphasis is in Astanga and Anusara yoga. As a trained Yoga Instructor, Hypnotherapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and energy therapist since 2002, focusing on person centered relationships, At Earth Day in 2008 recognized partner yoga as an excellent way to be in relationship. Zen 12 is also involved with Carl Rogers Center for the studies of the person. This organization puts forward the works of Carl Rogers and holds relationship workshops.

The Aerial Yoga(tm) is a result of years of experience to cultivate healthy relationships, strength, flexibility, and sensitivity through partner flying. The workshops and classes touch upon all the disciplines that Aerial Yoga offers; combining Relationship, Acrobatics, Gymnastics and Thai massage.

These practices will help improve the ability to be sensitive, receptive, honest, clear, compassionate communication to build the foundation of relationship in a safe supportive environment. The forces of gravity and "metta" loving kindness to encourage the body to let go of fear and tension.

The Zen12 name emphasizes our unique approach to the holistic healing process. Zen 12, the name, holds special significance in all that we do. Zen is spiritual enlightenment obtained through communion of mind with mind. It is at the forefront of New Age thinking. The number 12 has spiritual meaning too. Sacred geometry with the numeral 12 opens the mind to other possibilities. It’s about the journey inward, instead of the outside in. The sacred geometry of number 12 is all around us from the 12 meridians, 12 apostles, 12 months in the calendar year, 12 signs in the Zodiac and so many other things.
